The mission of the Office of Student Conduct is to educate the Rutgers University community, uphold its community standards, build student character, and to administer an effective student disciplinary system in keeping with the University’s mission of the personal, educational, and social development of students.

Student Affairs

Student Counseling
Counseling and Psychological Services provides a variety of psychological counseling services for all students of Rutgers University in New Brunswick/Piscataway, undergraduate and graduate.

Student Life
Students are encouraged to get involved in all aspects of campus life. Involvement provides co-curricular opportunities that complete the academic process, foster student development and prepare all students for life beyond the university. Offices for programming, leadership and involvement staff are all located in student centers on each campus.

Educational Opportunity Fund (EOF) Program
The Educational Opportunity Fund (EOF) is a state supported program that provides academic and financial assistance to New Jersey residents who lack the appropriate educational background and financial resources for college.

Office of Disability Services for Students
Disability Services provides student-centered and student-inclusive programming in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments of 2008, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1998, and the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination.

Office of Academic Engagement and Programming
The Academic Engagement and Programming staff in the Office of Undergraduate Education assists faculty teaching undergraduates with co-curricular enhancements that promise to increase the intellectual engagement of their students.

Academic Support
Undergraduate Education is home to a number of academic and instructional support offices dedicated to make learning at Rutgers a more enriching experience for undergraduates.

Student Health
Provides health care services, education and leadership uniquely designed to meet the developmental and educational needs of University students, and to enhance the quality of life for all members of the Rutgers Community.
